Shipping Policy

Do you ship worldwide? How much does it cost to ship?

Our company ships worldwide. Our shipping options include international and domestic shipping with tracking.                             

Shipping costs depend on where you order from.

What are your shipping and handling times?

Standard shipping time: 

USA and Canada: 7-14 days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 8-18 days

Europe and United Kingdom: 8-18 days

Latin America: 15 -30 days

Asia: 8-18 days 
 

Other countries: 11-45 days

Processing Time: It sometimes takes 2-5 days to process an order after it is placed before it is shipped.

We operate: Monday through Friday only. Processing times do not include Saturdays and Sundays.

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your item ships, you should receive an email notification from us with the tracking number.

If you don't have a tracking number or it's not working, you don't have to worry. Send us an email and we'll fix it! If you need more details.

Unexpected
In some cases, delivery times may take longer than the shipping times in this article. If you say it's taking longer than usual to arrive, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve any issues that are within our control.

Customs Fees
Additional taxes and/or customs fees may be incurred when the order arrives at your location. We will not pay all additional taxes and customs fees.

Customers must provide a valid address and contact information
If an invalid address or contact number is given, the customer is solely responsible. We will not pay additional shipping charges for resending the item to your location. If the item is destroyed due to an invalid address, the item fee must be paid.

Return Request Fees
1. Items received within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Items received unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
3. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
